for all 表示 “尽管” 时，和 in spite of 的用法一样，并可互换。
比如：For all his wealth , I do not like him .尽管他很有钱，我还是不喜欢他。
For all his wealth, he was not happy .尽管他很有钱，他并不快乐。
He is a poor musician for all his training.尽管他经过了很多的训练, 他还是个蹩脚的乐师。
